4.负责产品改进与升级，收集与调研用户意见，并提供改进方案；
5.负责部门人员工作的协调与管理。
任职要求：
1.加分项：具备两年以上金融交易软件产品从业经验；
2.熟练掌握产品经理相关工具，例如思维导图、visio、axure等常用工具；
3.对移动产品有深刻的理解与认识，了解产品功能的构架，理解用户体验的重要性；
4.优秀的原型设计能力、文档撰写能力；
5.对产品设计工作充满热情和梦想，思维活跃，富有创新精神；
6.从事过金融类产品优先考虑。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product planning and design within the specific industry vertical, including requirements analysis, functional specifications, and the creation of prototypes for business demonstrations.
2. Coordinate resources and information across UI, front-end development, engineering, QA, and business departments; monitor product development progress to ensure the successful launch of features.
3. Manage and track the product development timeline; organize and oversee product testing.
4. Drive product improvements and upgrades by gathering and researching user feedback, and developing actionable enhancement plans.
5. Coordinate and manage the work of departmental staff.Requirements:
1. Preferred: At least two years of professional experience in financial trading software products.
2. Proficient in using standard product management tools (e.g., mind-mapping software, Visio, Axure, etc.).
3. Possess a deep understanding of mobile products, product architecture, and the critical importance of user experience (UX).
4. Strong skills in prototype design and technical/functional documentation.
5. Passionate and ambitious regarding product design; possess an agile, creative, and innovative mindset.
6. Prior experience with financial products is a plus.
Salary: 7,000–10,000 RMB/month
